one way or another

The second look won. In any case, the first time I'm wearing this dress, since I bought it last December in a second-hand shop. It was hitting somewhere below my knee and above my calf and it looked wrong but I bought it because how to resist those massive blooms? I finally hemmed it (by hand! I should get a machine) and I'm terribly cheered by it.

Thanks all (rather belatedly)! I surprised myself with the colour too, and how comfortable I felt in, considering I don't usually wear colour.
