...to layer. Seriously. Oh, the bloody tropical weather.

And how cute is Zanna Roberts Rassi's (from US Marie Claire) outfit? She's got a good mix of tomboy, schoolgirl preppy and a touch of something edgy (the studs, the leather, the messy hair) going on. Her thread on tfs here is full of equally artfully layered looks. I love the French fashion folks' air of simplicity and nonchalance but I love the American editors (Taylor Tomasi, Joanna Hillman) for their ability to work that wholesome casual American sportswear element into their looks. Somewhere between the two is good for me.
