glamorous

The cover is crap, but hurrah, Harper's Bazaar's April issue appears to be dedicated to Peter Lindbergh, whose work had all the glamour of the 80s' but minus the flash. I don't love his work madly - save for the Wim Wenders-inspired one with Amber Valletta - but I like the way his photographs have a cinematic quality, no matter how simple, like those David Yurman ads.

An editorial from the issue below - classic Lindbergh, though to be honest, he's worked with more expressive models than Lily Donaldson.
