short notice



I love paint-stroke prints, I love marine motifs, I love shorts, and I love blue. These J. Crew shorts are my answer to summery print dresses.

I only don't love the price (US$59.90!). Plus, I prefer a wider cut for shorts. Shall start looking out for alternatives...

*edit - just spotted these on Anthropologie, and how cute is the giraffe print!



Only a whopping US$100. Obviously not then.

They're adorable! The J. Crew makes me think of an old Marni print that I loved. I wanted to get the flower printed shorts from the H&M Garden collection but I'm just a bit afraid it might look to pyjama-ish.

Once that idea (that it looks pajama-ish) gets into your head, it's hard to get it out :)

I have figured out that I don't want florals, stripes, polka dots, or plaids. I'm learning how limiting this is...
