As a citizen of a permanently warm (hot) climate, I fantasise about layering. Sad, I know. In any case, these two women (Taylor Tomasi of Teen Vogue, and model Ai Tominaga ) do it well - I hate fussy layers, but they manage to keep it very nice and simple, especially Ms Tominaga.
