countdown to the philippines: 10 days left

Today being a painfully warm, sultry day, it's highly appropriate to list #5 on my packing list. I love this top, and I believe it was my first time ever in a H&M store (there aren't any in Singapore), back in 2005. The weather was likewise, disgustingly hot, and I remember thinking this 16-euro buy was the best buy ever.

Being something something that has lasted countless wearings and remained an enduring favourite, it's the reason why I still have a soft spot for H&M, even though other buys have proven to be lesser in quality.

I hit the jackpot a few times at H&M, and was happy with the things I got there, but one has to have a discerning eye; not all items are created equally, as you so deftly point out.

This piece is a classic, and I love it. I'm glad to hear it's served you so well!

-h: definitely. But sometimes as zara prices creep higher, I suspect some day I'll go off them too. But their quality is no doubt better than h&m.

enc: I love my h&m jackpots too. They definitely run on a very extreme basis for me...
