I love the sleepy, washed-out colours and the mood it evokes in this Bottega Veneta ad campaign for spring/summer 2010. (My least favourite are the expressions of the male model, they really throw the images off). I like the way they look a little faded but not like they're deliberately trying to look nostalgic or romantic. Looking at these, I can feel the warmth of the late afternoon sun, and the sense of it receding with evening about to slip in.
