this is like a flashback, flashback

I've been enjoying viewing the fall collections, but with the warm weather we're having, it's hrd to get enthusiatic about warm woolly layers. Instead, I'm reminiscing this gorgeous collection by Dries Van Noten from spring 2009, the collection where everything I loved about Dries Van Noten just came together in a perfect combination to create a nuclear fusion of desire in my heart. Basically, I wanted it all. It struck the perfect note of modern, casual simplicity, bold and extravagant in texture but restrained at the same time so as to be unobstrusively fuss-free.
