monitoring

Okay that sounds awfully dull and slightly sinister, but that's the essence of what I'm doing here from now on til...til I get too lazy to do this. I'm keeping a wardrobe diary by putting up a photo pf what I wear every day, just to see what kind of patterns emerge after a while. I have this feeling I wear the same old thing all the time, so it won't look terribly interesting, but at least it might jolt me into occcasionally wearing OTHER things that I've bought but somehow refuse to wear. Here's me in what I think is my current lazy phase...

this will be interesting.
your outfit looks very comfortable and casual but not at all sloppy. why lazy? why is it that the things that seem easy for us to wear (easy mentally, to choose; easy emotionally, to use and not save; easy physically, to live in), we often dismiss as less important clothing than things we don't feel as comfortable with? i do it too.

I don't actually mean lazy in a bad way - being the laidback person that I am, I say lazy with approval, haha. In fact I don't dismiss such clothing at all, and am currently feeling an renewed rush of appreciation for things that make me feel happy and relaxed because everything else out there doesn't.
