beige
From top: Toast; The Alcazar, Seville; Reed Krakoff; Streetfsn
Those Toast loafers started my sudden appreciation for this sandy hue. Suddenly, lovely pictures of honey-hued beauties kept showing up. Isn't the Streetfsn shot by Nam such a great moment?

I only really discovered Streetfsn recently and he captures such great moments. It's my go-to site in fashion week!

i was thinking that about the beige used in the photo you posted in the previous post (the wood, the wall and the glow of the skin). the color plays an accessory to the black clothing.
new header!
Alexandra: Yes his pictures are quite beautiful, although I always find the colours a bit strange - too intense somehow. But so many beautiful moments captured.
Aissa: In spite of myself, I always look...
editor: Incidentally, I like beige in the home, and not really on myself. Light wood floors and accents, curtains, cushions, upholstery, it is comforting.
Yes, new header: I didn't even have those shoes anymore, and wanted a header that didn't fight with my photo posts so much...
Fleurette: Yes, these do have a daintier feel with the lower vamp and the slightly sharper toe. The colour is going to age so beautifully. I am so tempted...
heart in a cage: I just noticed the brown sole of the black ones, they do look a little odd now that you mentioned it; but perhaps all black would look too severe. I had a pair of Toast flats years ago...if these are as well made and as comfortable, they're not a bad investment; loafers last so long with protective soles. Apparently they are Italian-made, if that means anything...
Nanashi: The idea of the colour weathering nicely makes me ache slightly with desire, haha.

hannah-rose: i wish i looked better in the colour! i just save it for accessories - beige just makes me look ill, unless it's in a lighter, almosy khaki hue.
if jane: still dreaming!
yay, now i can go to your blog without any probs at all, before i would always have to search for it// hehe
I loved your Cartier watch, stunning.

Milly: The closer it is to sand, it better for me, I find. Otherwise, sticking to shoes is a pretty safe bet!
t, cecylia: If only I could try them on to see how they fit!
